I started my elementary school at Brenase in the Eastern Region of Ghana and continued at Breman Asikuma in the Central Region. A year before completed the Elementary school, I sat for an Entrance Examination to commence my Minor Seminary Formation in 1987 at St Teresa’s Minor Seminary, Amisano.
After seven years of High School studies, I began my Major Seminary Formation at St Paul’s Catholic Seminary, Sowutuom in Accra in 1994. Three years after, I continued to St Peter’s Regional Seminary, Pedu, Cape Coast for my Theological Studies and got ordained on 10/05/2002.
I worked as Parochial Vicar for two years and headed the Department of Social Communication in my Archdiocese for nine months. I went to Nigeria to Study Pastoral Communication and I received my Masters Degree from the University of Calabar, Nigeria in 2007.
On my return to Ghana, I worked as a Tutor at the Minor Seminary, Director of the Department of Social Communication of the Archdiocese of Cape Coast. Concurrently, I was the Priest in charge of St Anthony’s Catholic Church, Asebu in the Archdiocese of Cape Coast.
I helped to establish and managed a radio station funded by the World Family of Radio Maria In the Archdiocese. I served as it’s Director until end of May 2021 when I got the permission for a Sabbatical Leave.
I left the shores of Ghana on June 8,2021 and I arrived in the Diocese of Biloxi on June 9,2021.
I must say that I am very happy to be here at this parish. I have enjoyed warm welcome by everyone I have encountered so far. It’s my prayer that the Good Lord bless and keep all of us in good health.
