Christopher was born and raised in Southern Middle Tennessee. After gaining a bachelor’s and master’s degree in English, he has spent over a decade instructing writing at colleges and universities in TN., KY., VA., and MS. His area of expertise is developmental writing and editing. He has had extraordinary opportunities to teach adults returning to education, students with disabilities, and foreign language learners during his career. He moved to Hattiesburg in 2016 and joined Sacred Heart parish in 2018. It is a tremendous blessing to work for Sacred Heart and serve his community. He enjoys reading, writing, walking, hiking, and spending time with his wife and cats.
